How long will it take me to receive my order?
We use every endeavour to ensure that your order is with you 10-14 working days after we have dispatched your order, for deliveries to New Zealand; or Australian addresses, within 16-20 working days for addresses in other countries.

New Zealand Orders – Courier Post
Couriers will not deliver to a PO Box number therefore a physical address is required.
Full track and trace service, signature on delivery is required.

International Orders Air Post
This is a non tracking service for parcel deliveries of up to 2kg in weight.
Once over this weight, charges are more like those of a full courier service and require full custom disclosure including a customs invoice and declaration of Country of Origin for the contents of the order. Track & Trace is included in this service

How can I track my order?
Where tracking has been included in your order shipment method, go to your History menu at the top of the Home page. You must be logged in. When your order has been dispatched there will be a Courier Post link to click and track your order.
For New Zealand and International deliveries our courier is Courier Post

When will I be billed for my order?
Your credit card will be charged for your order when your card details are entered and you have completed your order.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address from my billing address?
Yes. To have your items delivered to a different address, simply enter in the details on our delivery information page during the check out process.

How do I send different items to different people at different addresses?
You will need to create a different order for each of the different addresses.

What customs charges do I need to pay?
All of our delivery charges are calculated during the order process. Therefore you will be responsible for any local duties payable on the receipt of your order should they be levied by the country of importation.
